This web site presentes some of the activities I am involved in as research assistant at the laboratory of Computer Vision and Media Technology (CVMT).

I rechieved my M.Sc.E.E. in computer vision and graphics from Aalborg University in 2005. My master's thesis concerned robust background subtraction and tracking of interacting people. It was done in collaboration with the Computer Vision and Robotics Research Laboratory (CVRR) at the University of California, San Diego, USA (UCSD) and involved at 7 month stay at CVRR.

I have been a research assistant at CVMT from my graduation untill 2007 where I started my Ph.D. studies. I am working with human gesture recognition, human gait type classification, and human pose estimation.
